Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Sips for Sanctuary at Fantasy Farms Animal Preserve.
By signing up to volunteer, you agree to the following:

Age Requirement: Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.
Representation: As a volunteer, you are representing Fantasy Farms Animal Preserve and agree to conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Volunteer Waiver: All volunteers are required to sign a Volunteer Waiver prior to participation. This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with event activities and confirms your agreement to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions.
Information Collection: We collect your personal information (such as name, contact details, and emergency contact) solely for the purpose of event coordination, communication, and safety.
Use of Information: Your information will only be used internally by Fantasy Farms staff and will not be sold, shared, or distributed to outside parties.
Photo & Media Consent: By volunteering, you consent to the possible use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes by Fantasy Farms, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Data Security: All collected information is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
